Overview
A new Pirates of the Caribbean film is being planned. There has been speculation about a return of Johnny Depp for some time. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer has already confirmed several times that, in addition to a number of new faces for "Pirates of the Caribbean 6", some familiar characters from the previous films will also be involved. Screenwriter Jeff Nathanson is currently revising the script. However, there are still many open points, including the question of who will direct.
